Monsta X is a Kpop group from Starship Entertainment which formed from a survival reality show by the said agency. The show consists of 13 participants which are competing to become an idol which ended with 7 people remaining which formed the Monsta X now.

The Kpop group Monsta X composed of seven survivors of the show such as Wonho, Minhyuk, Hyungwon, Jooheon, Kihyun, I.M, and with Shownu as the leader.

They debuted in 2015 with their first EP titled “Trespass”. They released the final part of “The Clan” series alongside their first studio album, which is The Clan Pt 2.5 titled “Hero”

In 2018 They also make a Japanese album titled “Spotlight” and received a gold certification by the Japan music association named Recording Industry Association of Japan
